# Terms and Conditions
## 1. Operator and scope
Meltyfox Chat is operated by **Nirvana Travel Club LLC** ("we", "us"). **Nick Danilov** is the contact representative, not a separately identified contracting party.
Legal contact: nirvanatravelclub@gmail.com and https://www.nirvana-travel.com/en/contacts
These terms cover our public testing sandbox and organization-managed chat widgets, Studio, knowledge preparation, AI replies, human handoff and prepaid credits. They do not offer website translation or other future products. Customers remain responsible for their own websites, visitor relationships and services.
## 2. Versions, language and acknowledgment
The English text is the original. Automated translations are convenience copies and may contain mistakes; consult the English original when wording differs.
The acceptance record identifies the exact document version accepted, rather than silently replacing it when wording changes. A Privacy Policy acknowledgment records receipt of that version; it is not blanket consent to all processing, optional marketing or future uses.
## 3. Accounts and authorized use
You must have authority to act for the organization, install widgets on its websites, and manage its users and operators. Protect passwords, browser access and server-only synchronization keys. Grant access only to authorized people and promptly remove access that is no longer needed.
Do not bypass limits, access another customer's data, impersonate others, disrupt the service or conduct security/load testing without authorization. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, medical records or other highly sensitive information. Use authorized, non-sensitive test content in the sandbox.
## 4. Your content and widget
Supply only text, documents, public URLs and avatars you have permission to use and disclose. A publicly accessible page is not automatically yours to copy. Obtain necessary permissions and provide appropriate visitor and staff notices. Customers choose their knowledge, instructions, published configuration, permitted website origins and team access.
Pasted text, TXT/PDF-extracted text and imported public-page snapshots become stored knowledge copies. The PDF binary is not retained as the knowledge source. URL import copies one page, not a continuously updated website; refresh and review it when facts change. Avatars and configured display names may be visible to visitors. Origin restrictions are not authentication for confidential knowledge. Publish only material appropriate for the widget's audience.
You authorize processing needed to operate your configured service, including storage, retrieval, translation, display and relevant provider requests. Keep your own authoritative copies.
## 5. AI and human assistance
AI-assisted questions retain the original message, an English version and a separate English search query. Answers are generated/stored in English and translated for delivery. Knowledge also retains original and prepared English text. Translations, retrieval, answers and handoff summaries can be incomplete or wrong. Verify important facts with an appropriate person; this is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional advice.
Human handoff depends on the customer's configuration and staff availability. It does not guarantee a response or delivery time. Human-only messages are not automatically translated; relevant conversation history may still be used when AI is invoked or a handoff summary is prepared.
## 6. Credits, limits and payments
Credits belong to the organization and are shared across its widgets and permanent-widget previews. Free mode uses a configurable daily allowance, subject to platform caps, without spending the wallet. Prepaid mode uses promotional credits before purchased credits and stops at insufficient balance unless free fallback is explicitly enabled. Welcome gifts and sponsorship depend on configured eligibility and caps; neither means unlimited usage.
Sponsored usage is metered without a wallet deduction. Provider token usage and AI attempts are recorded; current credit units are not a token/storage/compute-cost formula. Human-only messages do not consume AI credits. Free and sponsored attempts can consume allowance even when the provider fails; failed/no-answer prepaid turns receive the applicable credit reversal.
Where enabled, Stripe Checkout sells displayed USD credit packs through one-time payments, not a recurring subscription or automatic top-up. Credits are added after verified payment confirmation, not merely returning from checkout. Check the displayed price, pack and reply rate before purchase.
Credit reversals are not money refunds. Money refunds are handled through Stripe; a partial refund removes proportional credits and can leave a negative balance that blocks spending.
## 7. Retention and ending use
Public sandboxes expire, enter recoverable trash and are later purged under configured timings. Successfully using Keep my widget moves the sandbox into an authorized organization; signup alone does not. Kept/customer widgets are excluded from sandbox cleanup. Unpublishing or ceasing use does not automatically delete an account or its records. See the Privacy Policy for retained copies and deletion limits.
## 8. Optional Meltyfox SMS notifications
**Program and operator.** Meltyfox operator SMS notifications are provided by Nirvana Travel Club LLC. When available, the program sends phone-verification codes you request and recurring alerts about website conversations requiring a widget operator, including links to the relevant conversation. This program does not send marketing messages and is not a messaging service for website visitors.
**Enrollment.** Your organization shares a private, widget-specific activation invitation through an existing trusted channel, such as email. Adding your number to an operator profile does not subscribe you. To activate SMS, review the displayed organization, widget and phone number, select the separate SMS consent checkbox, request a verification code, and enter the code to confirm the number. Consent applies to that widget. SMS is optional, is not required to use non-SMS features, and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. If the displayed number is not yours, do not request a code; contact your administrator.
**Frequency and charges.** Message frequency varies with chat activity and your verification requests. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Any organization-level Meltyfox SMS rates and budgets are displayed and managed separately in SMS settings; carrier charges are independent of those settings.
**Stopping notifications. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from Meltyfox SMS notifications to your number.** You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Messages already submitted to the carrier may still arrive. Unsubscribing does not delete your account or require you to stop using non-SMS features.
**Restarting notifications.** Reply START to permit a new activation, then ask your widget administrator for a new invitation and complete consent and phone verification again. START does not automatically restore old widget subscriptions. Other opt-in keywords configured for this sending service have the same reactivation behavior.
**Help. Reply HELP for assistance**, visit [SMS help](https://meltyfox.com/sms/help), or email [nirvanatravelclub@gmail.com](mailto:nirvanatravelclub@gmail.com). Tell your administrator if your phone number changes so the correct number can be invited and verified. Never share your verification code or private activation link publicly.
**Delivery.** Delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is not an emergency service.
**Privacy.** Read the [Privacy Policy](https://meltyfox.com/docs/privacy-policy) for information about SMS data, service providers, consent records, and opt-out handling.Terms and Conditions
